We use technology and analytics to source undervalued land and bring it to market creatively. We’re seeking someone analytical, efficient, and detail-oriented to help us analyze and price land acquisition opportunities.

Role Overview:

Your job is to analyze vacant land properties quickly and accurately to determine if we should pursue them. You’ll review GIS data, check county maps, screen for red flags (flood zones, wetlands, weird shapes, steep slopes, poor access), and underwrite parcels to determine potential value and offer pricing. You’ll help us build a strong pipeline of deals by filtering out poor leads and identifying high-quality land opportunities.

Core Responsibilities:
    •    Analyze vacant land parcels using GIS tools, Land ID, Google Maps, and county data
    •    Review parcel characteristics: access, topography, shape, wetlands, flood zones, land use
    •    Determine whether a parcel meets buy criteria (training & SOPs provided)
    •    Pull comps from Zillow, Redfin, MLS, etc. to support underwriting
    •    Use internal tools to determine offer pricing (cost-based & comp-based models)
    •    Export qualified properties to spreadsheets for marketing
    •    Track and label reviewed properties for internal team

Requirements:
    •    Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
    •    Comfortable working in spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel)
    •    Fast learner, able to follow detailed SOPs
    •    Reliable internet and work environment
    •    Self-motivated and consistent with repetitive work
    •    Experience with GIS maps, PropStream, Land ID, or land investing (preferred but not required)
