English tutor that can speak Arabic

I need a good English tutor who can speak Arabic language and can explain to Arabic speakers English. I need someone is that is good with teaching both kids and adults English and someone that has a good English accent. I am looking for a long term tutor can is understandable, flexible and open to new students.
