I need my website re-configured.
I tried to install a new theme.

It’s the flatsome theme with woocommerce.
I wanted to update the website because my previous theme was outdated and was not working properly with woocommerce resulting in failed payment transactions.
I have approximately 13 existing products.
I have been using this website for about six years with no issues and selling products.
I have the product images descriptions and listings but I cannot see them.
