webapp for image manipulation

Hi, i need a webapp that can resize, crop and add some images and text on a uploaded image.
This mus be the flow:
User upload a photo and fill some fields throgh a form
User see the photo with an overlayed image and text, so he can adjust the photo
than user confirm operation and a form is submitted with the image and some informations
