water bill automation

hi - i have a rental property (several) that each have several units that share utilities. They are sumbetered, so i have data from the units and compare that to the overall building usage and allocate the cost. The monthly bills that show a cost and meter readings at start and end, and I have meter readings for each unit on the corresponding dates..
Id like to be able to enter these with each monthly or quarterly bill and have it update a sheet, run some usage calculations, and auto populate a series of emails with the right numbers. Trying to get to a point where i enter a few fields from the bill, then can cut and paste the finished invoice language to an email. The tool will also maintain a sheet with the history of each building/tenant.

This serves as your 2/1/2023-2/27/2023 water/sewer bill. The city issues these quarterly, so the next bill will arrive in June. Of the ~7000 gallons used in the building between 12/1/2022 and 2/27/2023, you used approximately 1039 gallons (approx. 38 gallons per day), yielding a $61 water bill. As an aside, let me know if you see anything that might be wasting water (excessive running toilets, leaking faucets, etc) and I can take a look at addressing. ( end reading 22830)
