i want to systemize my electric & supply store (physical store) and hire people so i could completely free my time

I am looking to streamline my electric & supply store and free up my time, which is why I am currently looking for someone to help me create a system that can manage my inventory, track sales, and schedule my employees. I am looking for a cloud-based system so it can easily be updated from anywhere. Currently I plan to hire 1-5 employees so our system will need to be able to accommodate this.
