tesla coil design

I need someone to design a 1 MV tesla coil to feed a homemade klystrron that I want to make. I need to know the value of the capacitors. how many are of what type, how many turns in the primary, I'm using 18 awg, I need to know if there's a way to do this with this wire or if I should use another.
