1 Brief description of the system for monitoring the work and rest hours of drivers performing international transport (this is AETR or another system)
2 How does the state regulate the control over the work and rest regime (digital tachograph, ID cards or in another way)
3 Who is in charge (configures, calibrates) digital tachographs or other devices. Does the legislation regulate these issues?
4 Are tachographs or other devices used when transporting passengers or goods within your country?
The answers to these questions should be questioned by references to legislation. Legislation must accompany the response.
