tANDEM LIFT Rigging Plan Creation
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a comprehensive engineered lift plan for a 125-ton ship unloader that must be hoisted with two mobile cranes working in tandem. The document has to spell out exactly how the load will be shared between both cranes, the required rigging gear and configurations, and the safest sequencing from initial pick to final set-down.
Please base every calculation on manufacturer load charts and current ASME P30 / B30 and OSHA maritime guidelines. I will supply site photos, ground bearing data and the crane models once we start; you translate that information into clear drawings showing crane footprints, outrigger reactions, sling angles and tag-line points. A brief narrative explaining risk controls, communication signals and emergency actions is also essential because the port’s HSE team will review the package before work begins.
Deliverables (PDF & editable CAD/Excel):
• Rigging layout drawing with scaled crane positions
• Load-share and rigging gear calculation sheets
• Step-by-step lift procedure and safety narrative
• Checklists for pre-lift inspection and sign-off
I’ll sign off the project once the calculations balance, the layout fits the available quay space, and our safety department accepts the package without revision.
