someone have knowlegde with aircrafts in general and its design

Hello,

I have idea how to protects and evacuate passengers before aircraft fall down and make a crash, this idea called AYREN Evacuator, so i need someone have knowledge about the aircrafts and its design and other safety things to helps edit, develope and improve the idea with me

Note:
Before i tell the idea to any person, you must sign the NDA, and the signing process will be online front of me to make sure the person who recieving the information he is the same person who signed...also will ask to show me address proof and ID as this required to fill in the NDA and these steps will protects me against someone steal my idea or try to work on it :) but if the person interested he/she can be my partner in this project if provided me with good project budget and have interest to be active partner, also i will require someone to write me a report that can be used in intellectual property office to register this idea
