site-specific mine subsidence hazard evaluation and hazard mitigation recommendation

My objective is to conduct a comprehensive site-specific mine subsidence hazard evaluation and hazard mitigation recommendation in Colorado Springs, CO. The site-specific mine subsidence hazard assessment will identify any potential hazards, as well as provide mitigation recommendations to existing hazards. The goal of the project is to develop an effective strategy for mitigating known hazards, or preventing the development of future hazards. The timeline for completion of this project is 1-3 months. This is for a site above an abandoned mine. the mine history shows it might be under my property. I have a soils report as well as architectural plans. The city denied my project until i get this site specific mine report
