quickbooks online deverloper of app

I am looking for an Intuit QuickBooks Online developer to create an app for me with features specific to accounting reports. We would like an quickbooks online app that can take invoice items or services and export just the data with no formulas. We would like to import in Microsoft Access.

I will need the app to be written in C++. As for user authentication, I am unsure if it needs to be implemented so that needs to be discussed. My ideal developer would need to be knowledgeable in developing QuickBooks Online apps as well as C++.
