I am looking for a freelancer to handle my planning objection project. The main reason for the objection is the impact it will have on shadows and privacy issues.

Property in the city of Yarra in Melbourne, Australia. The owner of the neighboring property is proposing an extension which if it proceeds would appear to introduce some areas of concern:
1. Shadows in a courtyard on my property. I need to understand the impact of the shadows at different times of the year (limited info provided in building proposal
2. Rights in terms of privacy protection

Skills and experience:
- Strong understanding of planning regulations and processes in City of Yarra
- Experience in handling planning objections and successfully resolving them
