I need a soldering specialist -- 2

I am looking for a professional soldering specialist to help with a project I have. The soldering that needs to be done is strictly electronic and I already have the necessary tools and materials. You are required to replace dead LED bulbs on panels. Possibly 10-12 bulbs per panel. If the price is right there would be 50+ panels to work on.The project doesn't require any additional work beyond soldering. So if you are an experienced soldering specialist and have had experience doing similar work I would love to chat.
