I need a licensed Civil Engineer Registered in Texas

To design a fire main line of approximately 60 linear feet. Need to connect to existing 6" Water Main. The design must include the tapping sleeve, gate valves, piping and riser for the fire sprinkler system. Also, design must include demolition of sidewalk and earth work. The design must have engineer calculations, specifications and material specifications. The engineer must provide a stamped drawing at the end of the project.
