I need a UI/UX designer who can also create mockups (Figma/Photoshop experience)

need designs created for around 7-8 pages for a website, and also app dashboard mockups to be created for the product as they will need to go on the website so requires skills in both Figma and Photoshop.

This is for a longer term engagement and more work is likely going to be needed in the future so I need someone who can really try to understand the brand/business need and translate this into both the app mockups, and the website.
