I need a coder for my project.

Its a device that would be needing a bit coding to get it to function. Basically its a device consisting of 2 features integrated into one. The first feature requires automated fan speed control corresponding to air quality of the surrounding air. Simultaneously, the air quality has to be displayed digitally on a display board.The second feature requires the device to turn into a vaccum cleaner using the same components housed into the device body.
