I need a Mechanical Engineer for a project in Lancaster -- 2

I require a Mechanical Engineer to design an underslung drainage system for a new dentist being fitted out at a shopping centre in Lancaster. The design is complex as there is existing pipework in the area the drainage has to be installed which cannot be disturbed.
