I need an Engineer

I need a Engineer willing to take a Zoom or phone call to hear about a product that requires an Engineer to complete. I need to be able to explain what is needed to see if that person is the right fit for the project. I only need 10-15 minutes of your time to ascertain if the individual understands the technology and to discuss retainer fee or cost for development.
