a) Choose a process flow where a product or a service is being produced and describe it.
Your report shall include:
Desciption of the product/service
An overview of the process flow. What activites are included? Where does it start, and where does it end?
Short description of the organization.
You don’t need to describe the process flow in detail (in the next assignment you will analyze the flow more thoroughly) but all included activities must be defined.
b) Make an interpretation of principles 2-8 and describe how each of them can apply to your process flow.
