find me an off the shelf software and hardware solution for Subscription Cards

My Restaurant is going to be offering monthly Membership packages to our customers (the memberships are broken down in the attached document). We want to use NFC or RFID cards that the customers will have with them. When they come into the shop they will tap their cards to use their memberships. We would like the cards to record the customers' membership and then track the usage throughout the month. we would like the system to track starting and ending dates, certain items they only get a limited number per month it should track that and let us know when they have used their limit. As well as tracking their unlimited options for our own record keeping.
