IT expert - proxy installation

My business is located in Singapore and I'm using Virtual Assistant based in a different location. We're on google edge, using the same CRM account and the same LinkedIn account.
We tried using proxyfoxy but getting kick out from the LinkedIn and error messages from the CRM. It's not working properly for unknown reason.
Can you find a solution so we both can use the same accounts without being redflagged?
