erosion control and stabilization plan

I am looking for a freelancer to create an erosion control and stabilization plan to protect an area of 1-10 acres in size. The plan must be designed with the goal of preventing soil erosion, a common issue that can occur in these types of areas. In addition, the plan must adhere to any local and state regulations that may be in effect. Experience in erosion control and stabilization plans is a must, as this project needs to be completed in a correct and timely manner. This project requires an understanding of soil conditions, strategies to combat erosion, and successful implementation of erosion control services.
