engineer to design a bending machine

I am looking for an engineer to design a bending machine with the following requirements:

Bending Capacity:
- The desired bending machine to meet ASME Sec IX design requirements

Machine Design:
- I have specific requirements for the machine design.

Material:
- The machine will be bending metal.

Skills and Experience:
- I am seeking an engineer with experience with ASME Sec IX
