I am looking for a freelancer to help me with cost optimization of a hydrogen storage system in Matlab. Specifically, I am interested in optimizing the cost aspect of this system. As far as the methodology goes, I'm looking for someone who is skilled in using a Genetic Algorithm approach for this project.
