• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Ruby developer, ruby on rails;
• Strong Ruby language skills for the backend;
• Intermediate/median or specialized/advanced experience in fullstack technologies, security architectures and user experience;
• Know the software architecture in depth and be able to act on it through the analysis of its components, organization and functionalities.
Main responsibilities:
• Perform fullstack development;
• Participate in project planning meetings;
• Understand and apply standard software development methodologies.
Desirable profile
Behavioral skills:
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills (written and verbal);
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation skills;
