Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to design a cheap load cell body with specific requirements. The ideal load cell body should achieve 20,000 microstrain at 300lbf point load in the center (unlikely, but maximize measured strain). The cell should be reusable (never exceed elastic strain).

Material:
- The load cell body should be made from steel or aluminum (client's choice).

Load Type:
- The load cell will be center loaded and should have space for two (2) strain gauges on either side. It should look like the load cell shown at 6:00 in this video:

and should approximately match the profile.

Manufacturing Method:
- The preferred manufacturing method for the load cell body is CNC machining (client's choice).

Skills and Experience:
- Experience in load cell design and manufacturing

- Knowledge of materials and their properties (steel, aluminum, or plastic)
- Ability to meet the required load and microstrain specifications
