build me a Matlab/Simulink model for hybrid hydro - FPV power generation project -- 2

I need to build a Matlab/Simulink model for a hybrid floating photovoltaic - hydro power generating project. and analyse the system with various scenarios by changing the parameters and optimize the system to get more stable output by changing the hydro generation over the natural changes of solar generation due to cloud and time matters.
