achromatic fresnel lens array

I am wanting to have someone design a small achromatic fresnel lens array. I am looking for someone who knows enough about fresnel lenses to design it so the lenses are achromatic (meaning they don't cause chromatic abboration). I would be looking for an expert in optics or lens design. I have a manufacturer who can make the array out of glass or PMMA and so I just need to send them a design that is to our specifications.

The lens would need to have the shortest possible focal length. The size of each lens would be 21.111mmx20.2mm and the size of the array would be 358.887mmx342.4mm

Essentially I just want a clear description with diagram of the lens-array so that the manufacturer is clear on how to make it.
