Wordpress Developer: Transfer content to new website template, new design setup

I have a new Wordpress template for my website and I am looking for someone to transfer the existing content from the original website and build out the new pages with the new template and new design. I am also looking for some color/image/graphic updates.
There are 7 pages, not including service pages, which are duplicates with just different service content.
