Wood Framing Design for Residential Project

I need a Professional Engineer to design the wood framing and fasteners for a new residential building according to CSA 086 "Engineering Design in Wood." The will have to be Nova Scotia certified.

I have all the plan professionally drawn from all elevation including measurements however an engineer draft is required from the municipality.

Requirements:
- Design must comply with energy requirements provided on-site
- Focus area: House frame

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Professional Engineering licensed in Nova Scotia Canada
- Expertise in wood framing design
- Familiarity with CSA 086 standards
- Experience with residential new construction projects
