Project Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer with strong engineering and industrial writing expertise to prepare a comprehensive White Paper for a Process Equipment Package. The document will be used for client communication, marketing, and technical presentations, and must clearly explain the technology, design methodology, performance benefits, and applications.
Scope of Work
The selected freelancer will be responsible for:
Researching and understanding the process equipment package (information, references, and technical input will be provided).
Preparing a professionally structured white paper (10–20 pages) including:
Executive summary
Process overview & problem definition
Technology description
Engineering principles & design methodology
Operational workflow
Performance advantages
Case studies or example performance (if applicable)
Compliance & safety considerations
Conclusion & recommendations
Writing in clear, concise, and technically sound language.
Creating simple technical diagrams/illustrations where useful (optional but preferred).
Ensuring the document is formatted, referenced, and ready for publication.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong background in Engineering, especially Chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering.
Proven experience writing white papers, technical documents, or industry reports.
Ability to understand P&IDs, process flow diagrams, and equipment specifications.
Excellent English writing skills and ability to simplify complex concepts.
Familiarity with process equipment such as separators, scrubbers, filtration packages, pumps, or skid-based systems (preferred).
