Wetland Delineation & Survey Package
Budget: $50 – $0 USD
Our team is preparing a 40-acre site in South Carolina for a small community development and now needs a single, coordinated package that covers wetland delineation as well as complete surveying services. A state-licensed professional with at least five years of field experience is essential; the final work must be stamped for South Carolina.
Scope of work
The wetland portion focuses on a full delineation that will satisfy U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and SC-DHEC review, including field flags and digital GIS/CAD files that integrate seamlessly with the site design. On the surveying side I need topographic mapping, boundary verification, and construction staking—delivered as one coherent data set so the engineering team can move straight into grading and utility layouts.
Current information
I can supply an older set of plans, CAD files, and a previous boundary plat. They are useful for reference but will require fresh ground truthing and updated benchmarks before any permits are filed.
Deliverables (all signed and sealed for SC):
• Wetland delineation report, CAD/GIS layers, and field flag log
• Topographic, boundary, and construction staking survey in DWG and PDF formats
• Updated 1”=100’ master site base map tied to state plane coordinates
• One revision cycle after initial review
The project can be broken into phases—delineation first, then survey—or completed all at once if that is more cost-effective. When you respond, please outline your proposed schedule, any specialized equipment you plan to use (GPS/RTK, total station, drone photogrammetry, etc.), and your fee structure for phased versus full-package delivery.
