Web Platform for Optometrist & Pharmacy Shift Advertising
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I'm looking to create a web-based platform where Optometrist and Pharmacy practices can advertise clinic shifts to practitioners. The primary functionality of the platform should be focused on shift advertisement.
A web-based platform that allows individual Practices (either Optical or Pharmacy or Other use dropdown list) and individual Locum Practitioners (Optometrists, Pharmacists, Dentist, Doctors, Dispensing Opticians or others) to sign up via email address.
The Practices will be able to add clinic shifts with their details which include: Practice name, address, clinic start time, clinic finish time, lunch duration, daily rate of pay (with and automatically calculated hourly rate), contact number for clinic/practice manager or director, direct whatsapp contact number that opens a new whatsapp chat so locum and practice can communicate directly, practice email address, other notes about shifts e.g. pre-reg supervision required or contact lenses required or pre-screen required.
The Locum Practitioners will be able to sign up, provide their details such as name, locations served, average daily rate, average appointment times, GOC number and other notes that will be searchable and viewable by the Practices. The Locum Practitioners will be able to view clinic shifts either advertised by the Practices via location map or table list with date and locations. Allow sorting by rate and make the clinic shift map interactive. The Locum Practitioners will be able to see the clinic shift details and click through to the Practices profile to see what other shifts the Practice is offering as well as the practices contact details.
Practices will also be able to view Locum Practitioners profiles in directory. They should be able to search the Locum Practitioners database by rate, location, and practitioner notes, Locum Practitioner type as specified by the Practices sign up details i.e. if they are an optical practice or pharmacy or dentist etc.
There should be super user admin login ability also that allows admin to maintain both practice and practitioner databases, clinic shifts etc.
The aim is to get Practices and Locum Practitioners connected, where Practices can easily advertise their clinic shifts and Locum Practitioners can easily browse the various shifts and enquire directly with practices ideally via clicking a link that will take them to a new chat in WhatsApp where they can communicate further details directly.
Make the website both PC and mobile phone compatible.

- Understanding of Third-party Integration: Experience with integrating third-party applications into a platform is a plus, limited to opening a whatsapp chat via internal app link.
