Vermont Home Survey Stamping
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I already have digital files of a completed construction survey for a new single-family home here in Vermont. Before I can move forward with zoning and building permits, the drawings must be reviewed and formally stamped by a Vermont-licensed professional land surveyor.
What I need from you
• Examine the construction survey in full, with particular attention to the property lines, elevation measurements, and overall site layout.
• Note any discrepancies or required corrections and let me know right away so I can have the technician update the file if needed.
• Once everything is in order, apply your professional stamp and signature to the final PDF set and return it to me ready for submission.
The drawings are available PDF and print.
Because this is a single residential lot, the scope is focused; turnaround within a week would keep the project on schedule, but let me know your realistic timeline.
