Truck Dispatch Software Web Design
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I'm a dispatcher in a trucking company with Computer Science degree. I'm looking for a web designer to create an interface for dispatch software. The software is intended to boost efficiency and should incorporate the following features:
- Calendar: This should be primarily focused on the driver schedule with current, past and future loads.
- Information Sheets: These will contain vital details about our drivers, trucks and trailers.
- Learning platform: This is a guide for our upcoming dispatchers.
- AI Assistant: Accessible via a chat window for any questions our dispatchers may have.
- Live GPS Tracking: Real-time tracking of all trucks and trailers in transit.
- Load Management: Interface for managing and scheduling cargo loads, ensuring each load is being picked up and delivered on time. Ensuring each load is being picked up and delivered on time should be automatically done by AI.
- Updating: Main focus should be updating the customer on time directly from this software, which should be done automatically by the system.
- Driver Performance Metrics: Detailed reports on driver performance and driving efficiency.
- Dispatchers Performance Metrics: Detailed reports on dispatchers performance per week/month/quarter/year
- Load and Customer Performance Metrics: Detailed reports on customers and loads performance per week/month/quarter/year
The ideal candidate for this project should have a strong background in web design, preferably with experience in designing for dispatch software. They should also have a good understanding of the trucking industry and the role of a dispatcher. The goal is to create a user-friendly interface that will help improve our dispatch operation efficiency.
The visual style should be modern and clean. Bright colors, the website should feel light and easy to work on. Since it will be mostly used on a day to day operations. I'm thinking more Yellow and white, or orange and white colors. Somewhere in that scene
