Traditional Wooden Carport Design

I'm seeking detailed architectural drawings and engineering for a traditional-style wooden carport. This is to satisfy permit requirements for the City of Eugene, Oregon.

The carport must include:
- Concrete pad with footings for structure
- "lean to" style structure
- 2 ft eave cantilever 7ft eave height
- 28' x 12' footprint
- 3:12 roof pitch
- Attached to the house on one side
- plywood walls with battens on two sides, 2x4 framing on 2ft center
