Irrigation, water resources management BOT, concession, P3, PFI, PPP. Experience as lead engineer in at least two PPPs that reached financial close, and at least one (1) PPP in the water / irrigation domain that reached financial close in the last 10 years. European countries are more appreciated due to location of project.
