Table Jack

Hi, I'm looking for a creative and experienced freelancer to build a Table Jack that can stabilize wobbly tables. Ideally the jack should be able to adjust the table's height, as well as protect its surface from wear and tear. The table in question is made of wood, although it is open to other material types. If you have experience with this type of project, please get in touch; I am looking for someone who is reliable and can deliver the results I need as soon as possible. I have the ideal on how to do it. I need someone to at first get a 5/16 in bolt. I need something to be able to grab the bolt and hold it. It needs to hold 300 lbs of weight. The bolt will be 2" long when i need it to hold it will hold. It also needs to last no less then 2 years. Then it needs to cost just for the bolt and holder no more then $0.65. Aftere we complete first part we can move to the final part which will be easy. we need to keep the cost down. We could use a gas spring that will do everything i need done with part 1 if cost is below what i need.
