Project Title: Supervisor for Medium-sized Construction Site Execution (Waterproofing)
We are seeking an experienced supervisor to oversee the execution of a medium-sized construction site (1,000-5,000 sq ft).
Requirements:
- Site will be Waterproofing Related.
- Ability to manage and coordinate subcontractor & laborers
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols
- Problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during construction
- Attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to specifications
- Ability to meet project deadlines and manage project budgets
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
