The potential developer should have an extensive background in developing web and DB applications with a sharp focus on user experience and functionality.

Key areas of expertise include:
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, DB and a familiarity with web services and API integration.

- Being able to integrate features to manage and monitor examination processes.
