Stamp Residential Plans - Needs to be CA Licensed Structural Engineer
Budget: $10 – $50 USD
I am seeking a California-licensed Professional Engineer (PE) to review and stamp structural plans and calculations for a new window installation in Carnelian Bay, CA (Placer County).
Project Context:
The project involves a new window opening in an existing residential structure; the plans and calculations are ready and signed by a PE, but the county is requiring to sign all the structural pages and I cannot get ahold of the PE.
What I Have:
Existing structural calculations were prepared by a previous PE.
All necessary framing and header details.
Scope of Work:
Stamping: Provide a professional PE stamp/seal and signature on all structural pages and calculation sheets required for permit submission.
Requirements:
Must hold an active Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of California.
Deliverables:
Signed and stamped PDF of structural calculations and relevant plan sheets.
