Source T8 Lamp Engineer, Gozhen
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
My goal is to locate and make first contact with a qualified T8 tube-lamp engineer who is already based in Gozhen, China. The professional must specialise in production supervision, as I plan to involve them directly on-site once initial vetting is complete.
What has to happen
• Identify one or more engineers whose recent work shows hands-on supervision of T8 tube-lamp production lines (LED, fluorescent or hybrid).
• Collect and verify their core credentials: current employer or factory affiliation, years of production-floor oversight, and any relevant certifications.
• Secure direct communication details (mobile, WeChat and email) and confirm the engineer is open to freelance or contract collaboration.
• Provide a concise assessment of each candidate’s suitability, highlighting proven experience with line balancing, process optimisation and quality yield improvement.
Preferred research channels include industry contacts in Zhongshan/Gozhen lighting clusters, local trade associations, factory HR departments, LinkedIn and Chinese-language forums; feel free to use Alibaba, WeChat groups or on-site calls if you already have connections.
Acceptance criteria
1. At least two vetted engineer profiles delivered in an organised document (English or bilingual).
2. Contact details confirmed and timestamped screenshots or call logs showing the engineer’s willingness to discuss the project.
3. A short comparative recommendation pointing out who fits best and why.
When you apply, include examples of past sourcing or head-hunting work in China, your relevant experience, and a brief outline of how you would tackle this search from first lead to verified contact.
