Small System engineering -- 2

I am looking for a skilled mechanical engineer to assist with the design of a small mechanical component. The primary purpose of the mechanical design is to create a motion mechanism using a gear, a motor. The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical engineering, particularly in designing motion mechanisms, understanding of material such as aluminum steel and plastics, and robust knowledge of gear design, and motors.
There is a concept already developed that will require improvements and upgrades.
Final deliverable should be: 3D design file, BOM.
