Simulator Development

I am looking for a developer to implement a simulator for an out-of-order processor implementing an APEX-like ISA with an issue queue, a load-store queue and a reorder buffer that uses register renaming.. The ideal candidate should have experience in C++ programming language and have a strong understanding of processor architecture.

Requirements:
- Develop the simulator using C++ programming language
- Implement advanced functionality to support detailed simulations
