Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement PLC code for machine control including ladder and SCL
- Integrate SCADA/OEE system for monitoring and data acquisition
- Ensure PLC controls speed, start/stop operations, and error detection
Ideal Skills:
- Extensive experience with PLC programming in Siemens TIA Portal, S7-1500/1200 PLC's
- Proficient in SCADA system applications
- Background in manufacturing equipment control
- Problem-solving skills for error detection and alarm setup
