Sherwood Replatting

We bought 14 acres that used to be 15 but the previous owner sold one acre to a home builder on the corner. We are now trying to add a wedding chapel on our 14 acres and are told we need to have the property replatted before we can get any permits because the one acre was subdivided. We need an engineering company well-versed in the platting process to prepare plans and walk them through the approval process with the various Bexar county authorities.
