I'm seeking a thermal systems engineering expert to design a shell and tube heat exchanger for HVAC applications. The project entails using EES software to carry out simulations based on provided parameters and to analyze the output results in a clear, organized manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a detailed model of a shell and tube heat exchanger.
- Execute simulations considering flow rates, temperatures, pressure drops, and material properties.
- Analyze output results to maximize energy efficiency, minimize pressure drop, and maintain a specific temperature range.
- Document calculations and present findings in an understandable way.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proficient in thermal systems and heat exchanger design.
- Highly experienced with EES software for simulation and analysis.
- Able to meet agreed deadlines.
The simulations will need to include:
- Thermal performance graphs.
- Pressure drop calculations.
- Evaluations of material properties.
