Searching for a suited electric actuator for our project

we are searching for a specialist who can help us to find the best electric actuator for our project.
What we need:
Our operation area will be in agriculture implements for Intra Row weeding

As you can see, in this case, the hydraulic cylinder is pushing two knives between the corn plant to remove the weeds there
Or here an othe example in sugar beets:

So we need a, let´s say , a heavy duty electical actuator
It doens´t have to be a linear actuator, it´s also okay to have a rotate actuator or whatever
It has to be a DC currency actuator
The actuator should be as fast as possible with high tourge :) (as always)
