Scheme of AC/DC adaptor -- 2

Searching for a specialist who has a little bit of free time and can design a scheme of properly working AC/DC adaptor (output 12VDC=2A) on Altium (included library and Gerber files). As the confirmation, that the adaptor works properly you will be asked a video demonstration, also the results of measurements.
